Valuation for Government is a service required often and it is specific due to the requirements and valuation methodology. The Government owns a number of properties and plays a leading role in real estate market. The composition of those facilities is different. Transactions are made on rent and sales of offices, buildings, land spaces, etc.

Facilities given to investors with investment terms and conditions should be distinguished particularly, so that this improves overall investment climate in regions. These activities require to follow rules, standards, high professionalism and knowledge in high level of every segment of market strictly. In this case, our role is to be coordinating ring between the Government and the Client (investor) in order to realize these transactions.       

The main purposes of the valuation are as follows:  

  • Purchase and sale of offices, buildings, land spaces, movable property;
  • Rental agreement on offices, buildings, land spaces;
  • Handover of facilities with investment terms and conditions (buildings, land spaces);
  • Transfer to Balance ;
  • To pay compensation for purchase of land spaces for governmental purposes at the expense of the Government budget.
